I just recently walked into my home after a night full of laughter, wondering what I am going to write about today. There are plenty of issues to write about, many of them interesting and having to do with a mix of politics and health. But, today, I am wondering what there is to write about that would benefit everyone who is reading. What is something that could benefit anyone reading at that very moment? Laughter overcomes nearly every single feeling in the human body, which is a rare occurrence. If you’re scared, if you’re tired, if you’re angry, if you’re sad, and something is funny enough, laughter fixes it. It puts a smile on your face when the situation you’re in will not, and even if it’s just for one second, it allows you to forget any and all troubles and just experience joy. The American Psychology Association claims that at-least 30 percent of Americans are in a state of extreme stress, while over 50 percent have said their stress is continuing to increase and has increased over the past 5 years. On top of that, 43 percent of those stressed say they overeat or eat to deal with the stress. 36 percent say they skip meals because of stress.
