About

Living Not Surviving is based around the idea that to truly live, to do the things we love and accomplish the goals we strive for, we must have liberty and health. And without liberty and health, we do not truly live, but instead, just survive.

We carry our liberty and our health with us everywhere we go and within everything we do. We can only participate in activities and daily tasks that our health allows us to. And we can only pursue opportunities and create something for ourselves if we have the freedom to do so. And we can only truly pursue happiness, truly living,  if we have these things.

One reference I like to bring up to explain this concept is what Thomas Jefferson wrote in the Deceleration of Independence, that we are endowed with the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. To me, that means we have the right to our health, our freedom, and the pursuit of happiness.

And when we really look into that, we understand that without life and liberty, or health and liberty, there is no pursuit of happiness. Liberty and health happen to be the foundation for many of the things we love and many of the things we love to do.

Now, what does this site have to do with all that? Well, I help, or like to think I help with information. But it’s not only about how much information you’re getting, it’s about the quality and how you benefit from it.

I happen to like and appreciate the truth, but I also like to leave room for you to form your own opinion and be an individual, something you can be passionate about. That’s why I’ll present what research I have, state my opinion, and leave you be to form your own opinion and consult the necessary professionals in the respective topic.

I attempt to deliver this information in a passionate and entertaining way. Just like you read content here, I read other sources of information. I know how I would want my own information delivered and I try to add that to the writing style here.

With that said, the two primary topics I like to focus on are rights-related issues and health-related issues. And this is what I think keeps people coming back.

Now, with the versatile nature of the topics I’ve covered above, I’d like to remind everyone that I’m not a professional of health, law, politics, or any of the topics I cover, nor do  I claim to be.  I have a brain, I do the research, and present my opinion in a way that I think will assist others.

I think this makes for an informative and entertaining environment, and according to the statistics, so do many other readers. If you think your health and your rights are something you might be interested in, I invite you to review the following legal agreements, as required by law and for use of http://livingnotsurviving.com, and then go on and enjoy your exploration of the website. I hope it truly does assist in your own pursuit of happiness.

P.S. As a quick tip, to get the most of your experience here:

  • Keep coming back! New content is always going up at weird times, and the best way to catch it is to come back often. A lot of the political articles are time sensitive, so stay up to date if you’re interested.
  • Follow @LIVINGns on Twitter. It’s a great way to not only catch new content, but  also catch links & opinions about what’s going in politics, law, and health.
  • Share your experience with others. Like it, re-tweet, share, love it, do whatever you need to do to get the word out if you think it’s important!
  • Take advantage of the search function to find what you’re looking for. There are plenty of tags, categories, and topics to assist you in your search.
  • That brings me to the semi-last point, comment! Hearing your voice isn’t only of benefit to me, but also to you! The more comments we get, the more opinion and information we get too. I won’t always be around to keep discussion going, but I love coming back to a vibrant group of commentators.

Most importantly out of all of this , enjoy yourself!
