UPDATE: GOAL REACHED! The Tenth Amendment Center raised 8 times the amount that was left towards the goal, thanks to all the help and support. We’re all Tenthers now!!!
“In TAC’s 7 years, we’ve built a national movement of resistance to their plans, and it’s growing day by day. Even the Associated Press had to take note recently, pointing out that now 4/5 of the states are taking steps to nullify federal acts. This is unprecedented in American history.
But we’re out of cash. We just can’t afford to keep it going. Period. Without some help – right now – we’re going to start fizzling out.”

From the first time I called the Tenth Amendment Center to work on NDAA Nullification in Arizona, which roared through committees, the house, and the senate, I knew the TAC was one of our best allies in advancing the nullification process and bringing Liberty back into our lives.
From 2 individual and 2 states in 1798, to this very moment, nullification has grown into a nationwide movement, and the folks at the Tenth Amendment Center have acted on a daily basis to help restore Liberty in the States through model legislation and the 10th amendment in pursuit of these results. From individuals, to organizations, to neighborhoods, towns, cities, states, and even markets, nullification has freed the governed from tyrannical government across the spectrum.
“Let us therefore animate and encourage each other, and show the whole world, that a free man contending for Liberty on his own ground is superior to any slavish mercenary on earth.” — George Washington, 1776
Whether it’s the Right to privacy, the Right to bear arms, freedom from the drug war, the nullification of the NDAA sections 1021 and 1022, or the Right to travel, the Tenth Amendment Center has model legislation and action plans ready to go and in-action. In a number of communities and states, nullification legislation hasn’t just passed in one area, but in multiple, and where one nullification bill fails, two arise, and all come back year to year, with even more supporters. And with each victory in nullification-the brave town ordinance or the statewide triumph- other communities, and other states, see what has happened, and follow with their own push for nullification.
To further exemplify the hard work the folks at the Tenth Amendment Center and branches around the States are doing in advancing the nullification process, here are just some examples of 10th amendment victories over just the last 2 months:
To recap, these are victories over just the last two months, not including legislation that has been introduced or is being fought for, and the list included 15 States: Texas, Kansas, Michigan, New Hampshire, Alaska, Alabama, California, Maine, Oregon, Colorado, Illinois, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee.
“I have not yet begun to fight.”
― John Paul Jones
This is just a glimpse. Many of these states have single towns claiming victory or pushing forward, and are doing so in opposition to the NDAA and/or in support of the Right to bear arms. And whether its just stopping state enforcement, to criminalizing federal enforcement, to public enumerations of natural rights and statements, each step leads to another victory, and to more supporters.
The beautiful property of nullification is that it is agreement in a principle, and it is strengthened as so. Texas may nullify a federal gun law, while California a federal drug law, but together, they have reinforced the Constitution and the Rights of man. Each community, each state, can use nullification as they wish, and in the end, they are pushing back federal tyranny together.
I am so thankful for the work the Tenth Amendment Center has done in advancing the nullification process, and I invite you to review the revolutionary proof of what they are doing, and help support them:
“Twice every year, we do a fundraiser to cover our major expenses – this is what keeps us going. And in all our years, this is the FIRST TIME we’ve come up short. Our goal this time was a paltry $21,000. We’re about $3400 short.
Yeah, you read that right. 3 thousand, 4 hundred dollars.
I’ve been lucky to believe in something – and have others follow the lead all over the country. I can hardly express how amazed I am every time I see another state introduce a bill we’ve written to nullify the feds, and my jaw drops when one gets passed. But they do, and more so each year.
Whatever amount you can afford. A dollar. A thousand. Ten bucks. Anything. It’s going to make a difference.”
