Government Pushes Annual Inspections of Gun Owner’s Homes & More

Falling in line with the king’s orders and government municipalities and agencies push to confiscate guns from Americans, a Washington State Gun Control bill, SB 5737, would ban the use of semi-automatic rifles, ban guns and clips with more than 10 bullets, and dictatorially authorize sheriffs, police, and government to without warrant (not that a warrant makes it fine) “inspect” the homes of gun owners. 

As Journalist Danny Westneat of the Seattle Times describes on Washington Gun Control:

“Forget police drones flying over your house. How about police coming inside, once a year, to have a look around?”

In defense of SB 5737, the bill’s co-sponsors created excuses when the bill’s warrant-less inspections of gun owners homes by government, reminiscent of Hitler’s gestapo, were exposed publicly and predictable public outcry ensued.

One excuse given by Seattle “law” makers pushing Washington State Gun control was that they mistakenly did not read the legislation in entirety before sponsoring.  That’s right, legislators admitted to blindly sponsoring a bill whose general purpose was to disarm law-abiding Americans, without reading, analysis, or any deep-thought.

What this means is that these legislators were not seeking to improve any alleged dangerous conditions, but only seeking to make illicit use of the Newtown tragedy-”never letting a crisis go to waste”-and using the tragedy to win ignorant voter’s support and to push gun bans, ammo bans, and gun confiscation.

These legislators did not mistakenly not read the legislation, they mistakenly underestimated the amount of backlash and resistance that would occur in response to their tyrannical attempt to confiscate guns from Americans.

These legislators did not make a mistake in writing the legislation, they mistakenly underestimated the support behind what the Second Amendment of the United States enumerated, the Natural Right to express oneself with ownership of a firearm, the Natural Right to defend oneself, and the Natural Right to technologically improve and create commerce around means of defense and firearms.

These legislators are backpedaling on their conscious decision to take a stab at every Washington State citizens safety and Rights.

Tyrants in and out of office are willing to put all their efforts towards disarming Americans, and no effort towards actually fighting crime and preventing murderers from what they view as success. They rehash gun control legislation whenever the opportunity to gain support for it presents itself.

They are willing to disarm and endanger Americans, to strip them of their individual Natural Rights and their methods of defense of their individual sacred lives, but hypocritically unwilling to put in the effort required to convince Americans against guns, and instead, alter law through thought, analysis, and peaceful negotiation.

Because they cannot convince the population to be against firearms, against their own self-defense, and against their own Rights, because only a slave would do so, these tyrants turn to government force and monopoly to point guns at the heads of Americans to force them to give up their Rights and Property themselves.

Because these evil and ignorant individuals cannot convince the population to be against firearms, they send men with guns to speak out against Gun Owners, to raid them, and to “inspect” their homes.

For example, Gun-control capital of the United States, Chicago, has sent its Police Chief out to push propaganda on guns and against gun owners, and the Chicago police chief even went as far as to criminalize gun owners and supporters of the Natural and 2nd Amendment Right to own and operate rifles, and say they should be punished. The Chicago police chief of course, does not mention that he fails to prevent Chicago from having one of the highest crime and murder rates, despite it’s already strict and notorious gun-control laws that benefit criminals.

How can these tyrants  within legislature claim moral and statistical reason for pushing gun confiscation, yet send police and government agents with guns to force registration of American’s property and to force annual inspections of Gun Owner’s homes, which will lead to confiscation of guns banned by the very same legislature?

Does Government using  criminalized guns to confiscate guns criminalized by government sound moral and ethical?

Would real and truthful believers and supporters of the gun-control method of “public-safety” resort to the very methods of endangerment-using guns- to punish and enforce laws against the suspected methods of endangerment-gun ownership?

Would real and truthful believers in the theory that gun-control and gun-confiscation increases safety and decreases crime go on to buy 2 billion rounds of the very ammunition they seek to damn and criminalize?

Or would real and truthful believers in a philosophy act accordingly, such as gun manufacturers like Spike Tactical, halting and prohibiting all manufacturing and sale of firearms to governments seeking to disarm and endanger their employers, We the People, because they don’t just support and make guns, but believe in their need and benefit?

It seems that guns and the business and Rights surrounding them present a threat to believers and supporters of an alternative agenda, believers and supporters of an agenda and philosophy that would inspire action of the gun control and gun confiscation sort.

Only believers in the complete disarmament of Americans would devote such effort in using what they allegedly decry, violence,  to allegedly prevent violence.

Legislators supporting gun control and gun confiscation do not hope for or act in the name of safety, for if they did, their careers within the legislature would reflect that, and they do not. Their careers reflect an agenda of force, one that does not care for talk, peace, or trade, but one that seeks to create the need for a government with a monopoly on force.

Annual inspections of gun owner’s homes are definitive acts of gun confiscation. These “inspections” have been ordered by legislators that cannot even muster the confidence to call their legislation what it is, gun confiscation.

Gun control is simply a propaganda term designed to hide its truth, that the only control created is control of a government over the people.

This truth makes transparent what many gun owners and supporters already know, that guns and the business and Rights surrounding them are feared by government because guns create and maintain the independence and freedom of the individual from tyrannical government, and thus, the society.
