I’d go as far as to say that most of the time, people avoid the most effective strategies, often because of 3 factors: Difficulty Time Unorthodox Difficulty: The most effective strategy is too hard. It requires too much effort at once or is too hard. People would rather put in a moderate to low amount of effort over a much longer period of time, often for less results. People don’t like getting out of their comfort zone. Time: The most effective strategy either takes too long for their comfort zone, or it’s too short. People are conditioned to believe that the biggest rewards require long amounts of time, so not only do they avoid long periods of time because of difficulty, but also short effective work because of the absurdity. Unorthodox: The most effective strategy often takes a route that people aren’t used to. It often requires that people alter their mindset; it requires that someone stands out and becomes unique. Don’t Tread on the Internet & Don’t Tread on Me
CISPA, the new internet Censorship bill, is already being met with massive protest. Mashable, Digital Trends, and many others have began the spread of information across the very internet Congress is attempting to censor, ironically highlighting the reasoning behind the bill, and the need for the FREE INTERNET. This internet censorship bill is different than SOPA in that it attempts to deliver power over the internet and free speech to government under the guise of “protection” by forcing and allowing companies to give YOUR private information to government. I guess that’s why this bill is “coincidentally” coinciding with the NSA’s construction of a million square foot spying facility for Americans. But I write about this today not to fear monger, or to scare you into blind submission and agreement, but as a call to action, similar to that of the force that STOPPED SOPA, the previous internet censorship bill. Wealth Without Production and Food Inflation
Food Inflation 2012 is now back on the agenda, as the biased mainstream media, pundits, bureaucrats, and tyrants-in-office can no longer lie about rising fuel prices, rising food prices, and rising prices in every sector the fiat dollar is poured into by the Federal Reserve and other agencies. Inflation, as defined by Keynesian economists (ex: the Federal Reserve) who believe the cure to debt is to spend more, is a rise in prices. The real definition of inflation, is the Austrian Economics definition, those who believe the cure to debt is saving, not accumulating more debt, is the increase in money supply. Austrian economists realize that the rise in prices is only the symptom of the disease, which is excessive printing and spending. For the focus of this blog post, I’ll use the Keynesian definition as to make it easier to understand their statistics. STOP Internet Censorship in Arizona
The Internet Censorship Bill has just arrived on the desk of Governor Jan Brewer of Arizona, under the title H.B. 2549, and as a resident of Arizona, a lover of the CONSTITUTION, the FIRST AMENDMENT, and someone who constantly pays attention to Arizona and National politics, I can tell you that this bill was held under the radar and pushed through without any prior knowledge. I am calling all Free Speech activists to immediately call first, Governor Jan Brewer, then Arizona Representatives and Senators, and tell them that this bill, H.B. 2549, is a clear violation of the Constitution of the United States, the natural rights of citizens, and a gross representation of how far the Constitutional violations have gone. Make it clear, if the respective representative and/or senator does not publicly denounce and stand against this bill, THEY WILL BE VOTED OUT and ALL Financial/Activist support for their campaigns from those who stand for the Constitution and against this bill will immediately STOP.
