Two California residents and Legalize Raw Milk (and hopefully now END THE FDA) enthusiasts have been given a combination of 3 million dollars in bail, over 38 felony counts, and one thrown in jail and tortured for over a week, all for allegedly selling raw milk.
James Stewart, the California resident who was thrown in jail illegally for a week, was tagged with a red band (reminds me of another disgusting identification system circa World War 2), was asked and accused of being a sovereign (a group deemed dangerous), despite never using the words. He was not told what his charges were and underwent what James phrased as, “mental and physical torture”.
“The most basic principle to being a free American is the notion that we as individuals are responsible for our own lives and decisions. We do not have the right to rob our neighbors to make up for our mistakes, neither does our neighbor have any right to tell us how to live, so long as we aren’t infringing on their rights. Freedom to make bad decisions is inherent in the freedom to make good ones. If we are only free to make good decisions, we are not really free.”
-Ron Paul [LIBERTY DEFINED]
Natural News broke this disgusting story over the past week, with new photos now being released of one of the aforementioned California residents, James Stewart, 65 years old, who was literally thrown in an LA jail for selling raw milk, and put on a million dollar bail, usually reserved for murderers (unless they’ve got friends in high places) [Source].
You can see the photos HERE (top and bottom of article).
You can listen to the interview between Natural News Mike Adams and James Stewart on the conditions of the jail and arrest HERE (Warning: Disgusting).
This is a clear example of the common methods of operation carried out by the Food and Drug Administration and the agents they employ to not just use force against everyday people, but to also destroy the victim economically and mentally. They pay for it with funds taken from the people through ridiculously high taxes and artificial money creation which steals value from all existing dollars (in savings and the wallet!).
On top of this, the State is acting in a tyrannical manner in defense of the liberties of the people, or at-least this is what they claim. They claim that raw milk is a danger to society, and a danger to every individual regardless of what they think or whether they agree.
The Unconstitutional FDA can do this according to its own rules, absent of Congress, and can use the funds of the people and the force of the State to enforce. As the former Presidential Adviser Paul Begala put it, “Stroke of the Pen, law of the land. Kinda cool.”
Questions that need to not only be answered, but ASKED:
Do you have a right to your life? Do you own your body? Do you have a right to choose what goes in your body? Do you have the right to choose to eat a food, drink a drink, or even smoke?
Can these liberties be separated from other social liberties, and economic liberties? Or does the precedent of involuntary exchanges between individuals and their Governments at the risk of punishment and/or high fine (against the individual) in one “area of liberty” leave others vulnerable?
Is economic liberty any different than social liberty, or are they one in the same?
If a percentage of your income is taken before you see your paycheck, and that percentage can go up at the decision of a select few, without the mutual consent or voluntary effort of the respective worker for that paycheck, who really owns the paycheck?
If you are told what you can and cannot eat, and with each passing day a food can be banned and your choice resigned, without your mutual consent or voluntary effort, who really owns your body?
Are you free to make bad decisions? Is the domestic protectionism and foreign interventionism practiced by many politicians and Government agencies really just a form of isolationism? Do sanctions and drones make us friends, or unify moderates with unlikely radical and dangerous allies abroad?
Does banning and illegalizing products, foods, types of energy, forms of business, ect… really protect and provide safety, or does it just punish those who follow the law at the expense of their rights and their savings? Does illegalizing RAW MILK really protect people or just result in the endangerment and violation of the rights of the people?
Is it possible for Liberty to unite without mutual endorsement of lifestyle, and instead, mutual agreement on liberty? Can you live your life, and your neighbor his, and your other hers, as long as you do not infringe upon one another’s rights? If you do not endorse each other’s lifestyles, spending habits, smoking habits, eating habits, and so on, is it possible to endorse each other’s right to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness?
Is it time to legalize Raw Milk? Is it time to End the FDA? Is it time to rethink what the role of Government should be? Is it time to act through the Constitution with speech, petition, and Human Action, and elect Representatives who have the understanding of the relationship between your rights and the Government’s privileges, and take their oath to the Constitution seriously?
Isn’t it time to wake up, and take hold of the responsibility that comes with our individual rights, and gain security through liberty, instead of sacrifice liberty for temporal security at the risk of losing both?

Right On Mike. Maybe it is about time the average worker starts to walk with open eyes and quit looking down at where their feet are following and start knowing direction to be heading huh.
