What is the best workout plan for women? It’s a question you think would be answered quickly and effectively. I mean there are over 4000 diet books on the market and who knows how many sites and blogs dedicated to helping people achieve the “dream body”. But maybe that’s the problem? To me, one of the most important factors in health is that you are comfortable with your body (man or woman). Workout classes. Nearly every gym has them, and nearly every gym recommends them to their members. And you know what goes on there. An Unconventional Case for Eating Organic Foods
I write about health. I even write some self-development. And sometimes, when I’ve got a little more caffeine in me than usual, I’ll take a stab at politics. But I think my best posts usually include a little politics, a little health and a little self-development (like the Raw Milk post) . They’ve got a little something for everyone. These posts are what I like to call neapolitans. That’s a term usually reserved for an ice cream with chocolate, vanilla and strawberry. Kind of ironic for a health blog. Today’s post on eating organics might be a neapolitan. It really all depends on how much of this coffee next to my computer I drink (the caffeine).
